1) How
do we send our financial data over to you?
Your documents and data can be scanned, faxed or e-mailed
to us over a secure internet connection. All work is done
and returned over this medium.
2) What
sort of accounting and bookkeeping software do you use?
Our skilled and experienced employees are familiar with
most of the common bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks,
SAGE, MYOB (for small businesses), Microsoft Small Business
Accounting (SBA), and Peachtree. We can work with most industry
standard software applications that you are familiar with.
Our professionals can adapt to your choice of bookkeeping
and accounting software if you are not comfortable with
the software mentioned above.
3) Is
my business information private and secure?
Yes, absolutely. We take every effort to ensure that all
our clients’ data is kept confidential, safe and secure.
We use state-of-the-art encryption technology that will
prevent loss or hi-jacking of client information.
4) How
does remote access work?
We can work online through remote access or off site from
our office. Facilitated by the internet and ultra-modern
technologies, we can log in to the computer at your office,
using a secure connection after you are done for the day.
After completing the bookkeeping tasks, we log out leaving
the work finished and ready for you to continue the following
morning.
5) What
is the turnaround time that I can expect?
The work will be completed the same day (due to the time
difference advantage) and be ready for your perusal the
following day.
6) Do
I have to spend additional money to invest in more hardware
and software in order to use your services?
It is very simple. All that you have to do is either scan
or fax the documents to us.There are scanners available
that can scan data reliably at high speed. We highly recommend
Fujitsu scanners.
7) What
are the specific security measures that your company has
put into place to safeguard my information?
Physical access control:
The development and accounts processing center can be accessed
only by employees and authorized personnel using access
cards. No storage devices are allowed into the processing
center. Camera phones and even ordinary cell phones are
prohibited from being used here.
Remote desktop environment:
All client systems work in a secure environment and the
client related information resides only in the host country
from where the data is managed.
Firewall: Individual systems
are protected from any external attack by firewall and all
the ports of the system are disabled internally from access
by any storage devices like USB thumb drives, disks etc.
8) What
is outsourcing?
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) takes place when non-core
work is sent by companies to experts outside the country
who specialize in certain fields. India has a vast pool
of English speaking, IT savvy specialists in various fields.
These experts will carry out the outsourced tasks responsibly
in a cost-effective manner for clients. Generally, outsourcing
is done by making use of Information Technology Enabled
Services (ITES) like the internet. The time difference between
countries like the United States and India proves to be
an added advantage for companies.
